It's called water weight. You would not be able to lose 6 lbs of fat in one day unless you had it sucked out of you.
BTW, besides the banana, yogurt, and cheese sticks, you are eating crap. Try eating lean protein and veggies.
You will screw up your metabolism, make it go into starvation mode, and then you won't be able to lose any weight.
You are 14. You need nutrition to finish developing properly. If you starve your body, you may not grow any taller, or develop fully. Talk to a professional for nutritional counsel.

First of all you need to start to eat healthy stuff. Instead of the fruit rool up eat a apple or a piece of fruit. Instead of cookies eat salad or some steamed or raw veggies. Other than that, there could be a lot of reason why u lost the weight, it could be just water weight because I don't think you had enough sodium in you diet. By the way, if you wanna diet try eating something healthy like fruits, low cal. yogurt, etc every 3 hours and make sure whatever you eat the portion is not bigger than your clenched fist.

caaaalm down! it's normal that your weight jumps around a lot like that... when you are dieting, your body kinda has to adjust and your whole digestive cycle gets throw off a bit. don't worry. just do it again tomorrow, keep a chart, and everything should be fine. also, i don't think snacks are an appropriate lunch! you should eat somehting solid instead of cookies (even though they are low calories). you need to keep everything in mind, not just the calories. try to eat balanced, fruits, vegies, meat, bread, everything! cookies, fruit rollups, and cheese sticks arn't a good idea. also avoid the microwavable meals. I am sure you can read more about this online. Try to keep healthy and run or excercise as much as possible!

Wait varies by time of day, absolutely. Just like you are 1/2 - 1 inch taller in the morning, you often times weigh considerably less in the morning. Water weight has a great deal to do with this as well. Exercise can play a role, too. Overall, this is nothing to worry about. Monitor your weight for 1-2 weeks to see trends...and always weigh at the same time each day to maintain consistency.
No worries, my friend. You are fine.

It isn't normal to suddenly lose 6 pounds though much of that weight may have been your water weight! The thing is that when you are dieting it is normal to lose 1 pound a day or so! so good luck with your diet but don't worry because what you lost may have been a whole bunch of water weight plus you ahve to remember things like at what time you weighed yourself cause you weigh less in the morning because you havn't eaten anything yet!

not only is in not normal.. it is pretty much impossible. Unless you weighed yourself on the first day after eating a HUGE meal... more likely is that there was a scale malfunction.
As for your diet... you need to eat more balanced... try yogurt and lo fat granola for breakfast... you need the energy in the morning... have a snack of fruit in between breakfast and lunch... for lunch have salad with a little lowfat dressing, a snack of carrots or other veggies after lunch and then grilled fish or chicken and broccoli or spinach for dinner... you will have better results doing that and exercising than sending your body into shcok by starving yourself (your body will start to store up fat b/c it thinks it is going into starvation mode).

Your weight can vary depending on when you hop on the scales. I can be at 150 at 10 am and by 5pm at 155 and I know I didnt eat 5 lbs of food in that time span!

chicka, you didn't loose 6 pounds overnight. You may have lost water weight, there may have been more food in your stomach last time you weighed yourself, and even what you were wearing may play into it. You're fine. Keep an eye on your weight, and if it keeps dropping quickly, go to a doctor. I don't even know of any diseases that could make you loose weight that quickly.

you lost water weight, nothing else, and if you keep eating all those crappy non nutritional carbs you won't keep any weight loss permanently. You need to maintain a balanced nutritious diet while cutting calories, or you won't maintain any kind of weight loss.
