I don't know from what but I am totally covered in red spots (blister like) and they itch like mad. Cannot sleep. Any ideas how to stop the itching?

sweetie, you need to see a doctor. they can also set you up an appointment with an allergist who can get to the bottom of your problems.
I have severe allergies myself, and take weekly allergy injections, and carry two Epi-Pens due to deadly anaphylactic reactions to any stinging insect, shellfish, etc.
although allergy tests are painful, they're well worth it to find out what all is causing your problems.
until you can get to a doctor, try taking Benadryl. you can take 2 tablets which equals 50 mg. every 4 to 6 hours.
