i think it sounds like you have high levels of anxiety. It's pssibily not something that needs medical attention but something your may grow out of. I think if you can work up to making yourself feel good, and grow in confidence these things won't seem so tough. Some of us are just quiter than others and don't like to be the centre of attention, it's normal. Try setting yourself wee goals, like next time you eat try to order for yourself, get comfortable doing that until perhaps you feel ready to order for yourself and someone else. Push yourself to do the things you find hard and thistoo can increase your confidence.
If you feel this really is interfering with your life then please talk to your parents or a close friend/relative/teacher etc they maybe able to help..just because you have anxiety doesn't mean there is anything "wrong" with you huni, just means that sometimes you worry a lil more than is nesscary, but there's so many people like you, don't be ashamed.
I hope you feel better soon

I had the same problem when I was your age. I totally understand how horrible it is. I waited way too long to get looked at and now I have permanent habits caused from social anxiety. If you don't want your parents to think there is anything wrong with you, tell them you have a head ache or a cold and to take you to you primary physician. I don't know if your parents normally come in with you or not, but make sure you tell them it's time you go alone. Talk to your doctor sweetie and let him decide weather or not you need to be medicated or need some counseling. Till that time it is between you and your doctor. It's non of your parents business till you want them to know. Trust me sweetie... go now before you have even worst attacks.

I'm not qualified to make any judgement on whether or not you have a nervous disorder, but I do know this: hiding your feelings from your parents won't make things any better. If it's something you can just shrug off after a few months or so, then I'd say it's okay. But if it causes you alot of stress and uses up alot of emotional energy, I'd say tell your parents about it and start from there. NOBODY IS PERFECT. I know you want your parents to think they're doing a good job and not bother them with any problems, but you have to realize that what's happening is neither your fault nor theirs.

its not a nervous disorder u need to work on buildin ur confidence u might not see it as ur confidence but the more u speak out the better ur confidence will get and the less of a problem it will be to do so. see a phsychiatrist or physcotherapist to help u build the confidence.

I have similar problems, but with different things. If I were you I would confide in a trusted family member and get some advice from someone you really trust.

You have social anxiety. You have to force yourself to get used to being in social situations if you want to get better. If it doesn't improve, therapy can help you.
