Don't put yourself through all that unnecessary hot oil treatments etc. I'll give you a much easier way.
You have Olive Oil right? throughly coat your hair in the olive oil. Like lean your head over the tub and have someone dumb it in and work it through the entire thing. Then take saran wrap and wrap your hair up and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then wash it out completely and blow it dry. Afterwards your hair should be in much better shape. It adds moisture, restores natural shine and improves the overall quality.
Switch to a better quality shampoo and conditioner like the ones from Bumble and Bumble. If your hair is desperate for moisture all the time do for the Creme De Coco. It's amazing. If you just need some generally moisture rich products try the Sea weed or something like that. Good luck

I feel like hot oil treatments cause more issues; you get a ton of oil on your hair and the only way to get rid of it is to shampoo your whole head twice. Plus you have to sit around for like an hour with greasy hair. Instead, just take olive oil and rub some in your palms and rub into the ends of your hair after you wash your hair. Then you can blow dry it or let it air dry and you'll have the oil working round the clock til you shampoo next

I have used a product like that several times and yes...it worked for me. I love it.....I always use Vo5 hot oil treatment...Its cheaper and works as good as the more expensive ones. It feels good when I put it on and makes my hair more soft and gives it much more shine. I like to use it once every few months. It is greasy and oily so be sure to wash your tub good, if you rinse it in the tub.....It makes the tub oily and can make the next person using that tub slip and fall real easy. So be careful with that. Otherwise I recommend it highly.

NOOOOOOOO! It helps for the already grown hair, but it dries out the roots, making new hair fine, course, and brittle.
