im 15, guessing hes 22ish. i just am really lacking confidence, but i think his mates have caught on as i try n go there 3-4times a week.

Try to read his body language or if he smiles or stares at you a lot :-) Or if he tries to talk to you at any chance, or does he just give you the coffee and that's it.
Try to make some casual conversation next time he takes your order or gives you your coffee. Ask him if it's been busy or slow at the store? Or what kind of coffee he likes? You can joke that you always see him at the store and that he works many hours. Anything to strike up a conversation so you can get to know him better and also so you can swap names :-) good luck!

You need to aim a bit higher love. Stuff the coffee shop boy, go and find yourself someone in a well paid job. Preferably with own house and car.

Just talk to him the next time you are in and ask him his name. Make a nice comment about his name and see what responce you get. Then maybe ask him out for a drink or a bite to eat.

Say hi, tell him you've seen him around but never caught his name. Start a conversation from there. You'll know after that... if he shows interest, ask him out - just not for coffee ;)

ask him what he does for fun or what he did this past weekend and that will tell if he likes you and then ask him out if he does not say that he and his girlfriend just watched tv this weekend. If you get an answer of i went out with my friends you are all green lights to ask his lucky *** out

talk with him and be flirty....try to find a time when its not so busy, if ur already there and its busy wait until he becomes free and order another thing and flirt away!
