Hello,

it depend you size and you actual weight.

But yes it's possible. As i don't know exactly how your body is , i'll just give you some clues.

First you don't need to go to cardio traingin even it is recommended. you cn buy a home cardio trainer. And just do some 15Minutes in th emorning.

But in case you don't have the budget, here are my recommandations.

You can try the unique fruit diet. it wroked like a miracle. in fact, during one week you eat and drink only Fruits aliments. It could seem strange but it has miraculous effects on the body. So, try to fix a week where you 'll do that.

Now as you talked about a month, i suggest you'll do it the first and Fourth week of the month.

Drink a lot of water, during all the day. It help to reduce the hungry call. keep a bottle with you wherever you go.

Whenever you go, try to walk when possible ro use the stairs instead of the elevator

Do not get a meal in the night before sleeping.
In fact you must respect a full 3hours(i recommend 4hours) without eating before sleeping.
i make your body recover better during the night and make a better use of the food you provide him.

Take a very good breakfast everyday, never skip the breakfast or you'll be tempted to eat all the day long

Keep your target in mind, and remind yourself everyday before leaving your bed in the morning and just before sleeping

Apply it and Do it now,
Halille

is it possible? probably, is it healthy? absolutely not!

Good Luck but if you look at it this way.

theoretically.
if your daily caloric intake is 2000 calories then your monthly calories would be 60,000, and each pound of wieght is approximately 3000 calories... according to this math (not even considering if it's possible or the health ramifications) If you eliminate 3/4 of the months days of your normal diet to burn off the weight your asking to get rid of, it could work.. If you can eat only 15,000 calories in the next month (<500 a day) and keep your activity level the same as it is now then you might be able to do it, in theory that is..\

I have NEVER seen anyone lose 15 pound in 30 days with no exercise

THat would be very hard to do and the only way to do that is by going bulimic and that is just wrong. Not only do you run the risk of dying but you also have dental problems.
