ok i am getting a hair cut for the summer..i have long blonde wavy hair and layers and side bangs,,....i was thinking of getting this haircut..i have an oval face shape as well

sounds like a good cut!
the long layers would frame your face. that's how i have my hair and i have an oval shape to my face too.
try getting side-swept bangs too. they're long enough to blend in with the layers but really accent the features on your face when swept to the side :-)

I had really long hair but decided to just go for it because I can't stand having my hair in the way when it's hot out!

i think you go with the haircut. Hayden panettiere has beautiful hair also. it would look good when you put curls
