There is a prophetic statement from Sahih Bokhary that says that prophet Mohammad killed them men of Banul Nadir and enslaved their women and children.

Was it that simple to enslave children who did nothing wrong?

Yeah, it happened all the time in history. The Israelites did worse things. You have to remember that Mohammed was a product of the time in which he lived, and it wasn't a very nice time.

Well the link you provided leads to an Arabic page (which I cannot read). But I would assume that it is one of those things that religions sort of 'gloss over' like these gems from the Christian bible.
1. God killing innocent children.
(Num 16:20-21 NRSV) Then the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying: Separate yourselves from this congregation, so that I may consume them in a moment...
(Num 16:27 NRSV) …and Dathan and Abiram came out and stood at the entrance of their tents, together with their wives , their children, and their little ones .
(Num 16:32-33 NRSV) The earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, along with their households...

2. God commands the genocide of Canaanites.
(Joshua 6:21) Then they devoted to destruction by the edge of the sword all in the city, both men and women, young and old, oxen, sheep, and donkeys.

3. More Holy genocide.
(Joshua 10:39-40)They took the city, its king and its villages, and put them to the sword. Everyone in it they totally destroyed. They left no survivors...
(40) So Joshua subdued the whole region... He left no survivors. He totally destroyed all who breathed, just as the LORD, the God of Israel, had commanded.

4.God Himself murders thousands of babies
(Exo 12:29 NRSV) At midnight the LORD struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the prisoner who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the livestock.

Praise be to Allah.

I think brother Islam_House_Host answered the question.

But, I just want to say something to every ignorant person before he opens his mouth and say something about a great guy called Imam Al-Bukhari. Do you REALLY know who Imam Al-Bukhari is ?? or you are just wasting our time??

I advise you to read about him:

do you read Arabic?

You will claim you do but I STRONGLY doubt.

if you can read the Arabic you are referncing you will find it saying that "Banul Nadir" were expled from Madinah.

Ask the one who gave it to you to read it for you.

Salaam

Yes, it is true. You never saw Jesus do such horrible things. But please, never tell a Muslim this, they may need to use their brains.
