I'm not even Christian and I'll take a stab at this --

Christianity isn't fraudulent. Drawing upon an amalgam of existing practices to express your beliefs works well socially.

Sometimes the core of Christianity is hard to see these days, being so far away from it's roots and having been forced on so many people (can we say mass conversion by order of the Emperor), but it still a well-meaning religion. Those who have found it as the answer for their faith are lucky -- anyone who has found a place they can solidly place their faith is.

Religion isn't an abstract. Religion is a very larger than life picture. I will not admit anything only because you want me to, you who are superficial until you are known better. You come at me with a question that lacks substance and texture. I will only admit to the way the many different religions are all divided. Religion is was too confusing if you have little research on it and I have researched. Researching religion is important because you can find something to back up this subject. Religion, I will tell you what religion has shown me, religion has shown me that it is out for itself, but by the same token there is a way of worshipping God and it really hasn't much to do with religion. It may appear that way, but I believe the word religion in its own definition is something that man has contrived and put together over the history of time. Religion is geared up to be something that keeps many of us off focus from seeing the real thing, which in this case is God and his word the bible. But, on the other hand, if it is in your heart to know God, then that is up to Him, He is the only one who can lead you to Him and who He really is and He will show you true worship which, in this case is the worship of God and not some man made religion.

lol. When you provide proof that it is, then we'll talk. Your question can just as easily be aimed at evolutionists. Why don't they acknowledge when something they consider a 'fact' of evolution has been proven fraudulent? Same basis. So far all the 'facts' I've received relate mainly to genetic variations. That doesn't prove evolution. A variation within a species is not evolution. Evolution DEMANDS that one species BECOMES another. When someone can show me evidence that a reptile gave birth to a bird, then they might have something. Proving to me that there is more then one species of dog doesn't cut it. An idiot can see variation within species. But NEVER has it been seen one animal producing a completely different animal.

I agree that that question you refer to was way out of line.

But this one is no better.

If I believed my religion was fraudulent, I wouldn't be a Christian. Have a nice day!

you can't get away with asking this question without substantiating your premise...explain how you define fraud and the basis for which you make your accusation against Christianity.
