I love cream first of all. It really adds texture and shine, and goes all THROUGH your hair, not just on top. I love the little bottle of Paul Mitchell. The smell is great, the supply is endless, and it's not too expensive surprisingly. It doesn't make your hair greasy like other ones...

I have used Neutrogena triple moisture cream and recently I also used Nexxus lightweight leave-on conditioner. I like the former best. But both can be better with the additional use of Biosilk Silky Hair. Makes your hair smell nice.

Humectress by Nexxus is the best Ive ever used. Whether you use a cream or spray in depends on your hair-is it thick? Use a cream, thin and fine? Use a spray.

My personal preference is Infusium23. You spray it, comb it through & use it as often as you need to during the day. They both work the same, it just depends on what you'd like for convenience sake.

that is fantastic to combination products, yet each so often once you do so, your hair starts to sniff funky. make beneficial all of it smells ok at the same time. One time, I used Paul Mitchell serum with VO5 mousse and it smelled DISGUSTING! wish this helps.

Infusium - I dilute it and put into a spray bottle. One part Infusium to one part water.

i prefer sprays because they are just easier when i get out of the shower, i love the VO5 brand and tresume too
