I found this video and I love the song, it's so hauntingly beautiful. I'm fairly sure it's Arabic, but I don't know Arabic and I can't read the subtitles (I'm going to assume it's Turkish, though I could be wrong).

Can someone translate it for me? Also, who is singing?

You're right. The song is in Arabic but subtitles are Turkish. From their website (sufitrance.net) it looks like it is a Turkish group though. The lyrics and the website tells me that they are an Islamic group. The lyrics are about death in a religious context. The song is titled Soil is My Bed. I hope learning the lyrics won't mess up how you feel while you listen to the song:

ve... ölüm... (and... death...)

The soil is my bed and blanket surrounding me
At my front, at my back, sand all around me
It is dark in the grave, this is my trial
The Light has decided, tells me forget to see it again
Where is my family's love, their loyalty
Where are my friends, they all deserted our brotherhood
Where is the happiness stemming from my possessions
They are all left behind
Where is the Fame, with all its candescent praises
This is my end, the soil is my bed
The soil is my bed, my blanket surrounding me
At my front, at my back, sand all around me

Love said its farewells and cried after me
The lament ended, my bloody tears all dried
All my world collapsed, where is my horizon
My sky and my meadows are dead in my grave with me
My illness is fear and sadness
Only prayers share my loneliness
I pray so I can heal.
Oh Rab (God, Allah) I pray to you
From my heart, for your Heaven
Where I'll find my bliss.
The soil is my bed, my blanket surrounding me
At my front, at my back, sand all around me
