You cannot get the statement but you can get the information from it online. Or just call Greentree. A rep will get you the info

Sure. As long as Greentree Finance has a website.

You'll have to provide them the loan number, your name & address, and other pertinent information they requested from you when you first applied for the loan. Including a password.

Finance companies are notorious for not providing financial information to non-owners. Make sure you have all the correct information before you attempt to obtain the information. If you make a mistake, I assure you, you will never be able to access your information again this way. You will be forced to send them a letter requesting the information, or by calling them, which usually takes a long time.

Finance companies must adhere to privacy related laws that only protect you as the mortgagee. All calls are monitored and taped in order to insure your protection from unrelated third parties.

a 1098 can be obtained from whoever your current mortgage holder is. If they have online access, you may be able to get it there, but most likely you will have to call and request one to be faxed or mailed to you due to confidentiality laws.

The answer here is the same as for w-2s and 1099s. If the company that issued the form makes it available online, you need to ask them how to access it. If they don't, you can't access it online.

For most established companies, yes.

Examples include wells farge, countrywide, and so on.

You need to be registerer, have your user name and password. Rummage around the site and you'll usually find it.

The data will usually only be available for the last several (2 or 3) years. For older data you'll probably have to call customer service and request it be pulled and mailed to you.
