If such a place existed, there wouldn't be plenty of desperate women on Yahoo Answers, would there?
There is no such place...unless it's like speed dating at a local restaurant or bar. Either way, guys meet most good women by chance: at work, at school, in a bar (not usually unless it's a one nighter), at community events, the mall (doesn't work too well either cos there girls are just too busy shopping)...
Personally, I met most guys in most odd places: Once I met a guy in the cemetery! (otherwise it was school, through hobbies, in elevators, at gas stations, in parking lots, on the Internet...).
Basically, what I'm trying to say is that the place doesn't matter; what matters is that you have the guts to approach her, be polite, smile and ask for her number!

I say mall, movies. but not the arcade the arcade is one place you don't take girls

I'd say mall. Just last saturday me & my friends [we're 14] went to the mall & promoted My Chemical Romance & we had to hand out flyers & stuff for them he we approached a lot of hot guys that were more than willing to talk to us & take pictures with us. We figured it was a good gimic and a good excuse to talk to them ;]. try something like that. I am serious :D!

Personally I just go wherever I feel like going with my friends at the moment and if there happens to be a cute guy I see and find attractive, then who knows what will happen. but i will never approach a guy first...I like a guy to make the first move. all u have to do is act confident. its very attractive when guys are confident in themselves...its ok for grls to be shy though :) so it doesnt matter where u go but if u c a grl and u happen to like her just approach her and try to talk to her , i know its easier said than done but honeslty what have u got to lose?

Anywhere....anytime.....there is no designated place to meet people to date....you could meet someone in a restaurant, standing in line for a movie, the library, a coffee shop, possibilities are endless!
