because she fancies you like mad and is trying to impress you so feels more tense around you because of the attraction between you... she doesnt worry so much about their opinions as shes not interested in them!! and its good she gets on with them, and not nagging to go home or sulking coz your mates are there too!
just remember to take her out just the two of you too though!!
relax, shes got the hots only for you!

Could be that she is still trying to impress you and does not want to do anything to upset you were as its mates so it does not matter too much. Why not asked her and see what she says.

I am in the same boat well actually worse. this girl I was with ended up doing my best friend. You know this gonna sound bad but you should try to get one of your friends to try to come on to her and see if she goes for it. if she does then she will do them in a heart beat and you dont need that. maybe she loosens up when there are more people around and is not entirely comfortable in an intimate setting? try getting her to loosen up when ur alone with her by tickling her or play wrestling, something silly

I think she might be trying to make you feel comfortable with your friends, so you dont feel ashamed of her. Dont judge her, at least not for now.
