There are 24 MREs types. Case A has 12, Case B has12. They swap items out once in a while, so there are far more than 24 actual MRE types, depending on how old your box is.

The spaghetti and meat sauce was a good one, the omeltte with ham was nasty, but came with potatos au gratin which made it bearable although I knew one guy who for an entire week reached in the box and got that one, boy did he get pissed. Actually the best MRE I ever had was a Canadian one that I got my hands on, beef ravioli ,man was that good.

Chili mac is good, especially if you can tade for a cheese packet and mix that in.
There is pork rib, jumbalaya, steak and mushroom, chicken pasta, veggi pasta, meatloaf, bean burrito, chicken breast w/salsa...those are the ones I can think of off hand. I think there are like 24 different ones...
They come with different stuff -"bread like substance", cheese, peanut butter, jelly, skittles, "fake lifesaver candies", m&ms, tabasco sauce....
none are great...but some pass as a decent meal. And they will all "stop you up"

Chicken w/salsa (not a favorite)
Spagghetti w/meat sauce (yum)
Sloppy Joe (so-so)
Egg/cheese omelette (disgusting)
Thai chicken (good)
Chicken noodle (good)
Cheese Tortellini (that's from the vegetarian selection, it's good)
That's all I can think of right now

My fav is #5 Chili Mac, too bad it doesn't come with skittles :( they trade so well, you can get main courses and pound cakes for them.

Not too bad to bad and then comes worse. Sorry, I like food and I really can't consider that food.
