You really should start out easy on your stomach. Try the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) for the first 24 hours and avoid dairy. Then if you're feeling better after 24 hours, you can gradually introduce other foods.

Pizza would probably be not a good idea.
My advice, try fluids first, like Gatorade, pedialyte, or water. If you can tolerate this, then move to liquid foods and progress until you are ready for a regular diet.
If you can't keep anything down w/in the next day, please get checked by a physician or other health professional.

Pizza might me a little spicy for an upset stomach. You might want to try drinking tonic water this tends to kill any "bugs". Or you might want to take some acidophilus(can be purchased at GNC or other vitamin store) this is the healthy bacteria found in yogurt that aids in digestion. Or just eat some yogurt.

It's best to stick with clear liquids (anything you can see through), water, soda, jello for the first 24 hours, then gradually advance your diet.
