I'm 16 and I recently saw the Truth about Christianity and once I did I felt so much more free like I had been locked up almost and now my life is so much better.
Did anyone else feel this way?

Sorry I probably shouldn't have put "almost" free in the question. Probably should have been totally free.

People concentrate too much on what other people tell them what Christianity is supposed to be. That is what puts them in bondage. Christianity isn't supposed to bind, but to free. It's not a "religion" with rules you have to follow or you go to hell, but a relationship, a personal relationship with God. I was bound by those same man made rules about religion for years until I came to understand that even though I went to church every Sunday, I wasn't a Christian. I didn't have that personal relationship. That is when I asked Jesus into my life and you talk about a load being lifted off of me. I still have problems, care, troubles like everyone else, but I know that I am not alone anymore and don't have to face them by myself.

Oh sweetheart, you may feel free now. Of course you do, without feeling guilt you can do whatever you want, right? Any 16 yr old would feel that way.
Please, if you hate Christianity that is fine. Hate it. But don't give up on God and what He can do for you. You will find you are not free but a slave of the world.

Not at first. At first I was confused, angry, hurt and scared. It took a lot of time before I sorted through the mess it made in my head to realize that the world hadn't changed. Only my perception of it did. That's when I felt liberated.

Yes, free and happy. I stopped hating myself and living in fear for all the mistakes I have made. Now I simply see them as life lessons well learned, not "sins" I will be punished for.

Actually, I feel I have much more responsibility, since the theists are lollygagging and/or pulling civilization the wrong way.

Oh yes. Most definately. You don't have to live your life in fear anymore and the only thing holding you back is yourself. Its quite liberating.
