Depends on the scope of the physical or how thorough they want the physical to be but normally, they ask for an xray, some blood, sometimes urine, check your throat, your eyes, ears, breasts (if woman).

Check your blood pressure, weight, height, pulse rate, listen to your heart and lungs for congestion. Thats a basic physical.

Usually, they'll send an old - old - OLD male doctor who's blind in one eye and can't see out of the other to perform the physical. He'll grope ya here and there; pull - this and that. Tell you to stick out your toung while he jams his fingers into ya ribs! Then he'll reach down into ya private area and try to mash your testicles up to your medulla-oblongotta and have the nerve to say, "Now turn your head and cough.". After that, I blacked out. You are taken into a room by a doctor who looks like a cross between brad pitt and jonney depp, he askes you to take all your clothes off and and you get as physical as you can lol.
