As double boiler go I prefer the glass it retains heat better for when you have to pull and pour. Another trick is to use a thermos gravy pitcher after you've melted your chocolate, the consistency stays really nice

Glass is better, metal has some weird reaction with the chocolate.

in my view i take advantage of chrome steel for my own canines because of the fact ti is easy to maintain sparkling, and does not weigh too a lot while i'm sporting 3 great bowls crammed with nutrients. Plus once I drop them they don't wreck. the only reason i don't use plastic is because of the fact my canines choose to chew something plastic :P i take advantage of plastic for my foster cats and foster doggies and characteristic on no account had any variety of an infection. in my view i think of that's some variety of fantasy as I unquestionably have on no account general every physique's puppy to get an infection from a plastic bowl. as long as you maintain them sparkling, plastic or stainless are the two nice
