Walking is the best exercise possible, walk for atleast 45 min per day, nothing hardcore but do make sure that you break a little sweat.

Also cut down on sugars and starches, these tend to make you look and feel "bloated". For dinner just eat a protein, like chicken breast, turkey, albacore tuna, etc.. try to limit beef to once a week since it is harder for your body to digest and a vegetable. Also drink lots of water at least 80 oz, and limit carbonated drinks to no more than 12 oz a day (they tend to bloat you due to the carbonation).

Limit your salt and fat intake also.

All of these ideas should help you, I have the same problem areas. I have been on this diet for a little over a week and I have lost 7lbs and a few inches, and my stomach has flattened out quite a bit.

Good luck and if you have any other questions contact me.

A double chin's a difficult one--you simply have to be taking in much less energy than you burn during the day and finally, it's going to depart. For your legs, strolling's as a rule the high-quality factor, or simply running across the vicinity. Something you'll be able to do consistantly. Swimming, additionally, is well. There also are machines at your regional gymnasium targeting your calves and thighs. Good good fortune!

lots of cardio, lots of water...and try standing up, turn ur upper body to the side (sont move ur feet at all) and reach down as low as u can. (it'll work really well if u use small weights on that hand also) u should feel it burning on ur side. do at least 3 sets of 15 on each side. also do push ups and crunches.
