if its cold in the room or im just cold, i get these white dots on my legs! its weird! after i rub them for awhile or something, then they will go away. what is this? and how can i prevent it?

OTHER than wearing pants all summer. because i am so NOT diong that!!

Poor circulation. My friend used to have this quite seriously and she had to go to the doctor for it. This was in childhood so I don't recall what the doctor did, but yeah....ask your doctor about it. It's no fun to be self-conscious in the summer :)

when our bodies get cold, the body lessens blood flow to the extemities, (arms and legs), and send the blood to the middle of our body to make sure that the important things, (brain, heart, liver, etc.) stay warm. With less blood in your legs, the tissue looks blanched or white.

goose bumps?? lol thats what it sound like u talkin about. and everyone gets goose bumps once in a while...if its not that then my bad lol
