I became US citizen last year, can I petition for my parents to become citizens?

If you are over 21 you can petition for them to be residents. When they have had their green card for 5 years, they can take the test to be a citizen.

No. You can petition for them to come and live with you and become permanent residents after some years YOUR PARENTS can file for naturalization.

Yes. Go to www.uscis.gov and print out Form I-130 "Petition for Alien Relative", one for each of your parents. It´s a long wait though, at least a few years.

No you can not. They need to go to this site and file forms and pay the fees for this.
you can also ask and get your answers there on any thing with the U.S. citizenship.
