hey , i was a retard and i traded my full bed for my brothers weights and bench, ive been sleeping on the floor (carpet) now for 3 years. some people say that is actually good for your back to sleep on the floor cuz it keeps your spine in alignment. but i dont know what do u think.

whoever says it's good for your back are actually the 'tards. I'd say you faired poorly in the trade. Buy a bed. And see a chiropractor to put your back back into alignment. The floor didn't do the job!

You should try standing strait against the wall and exercise your back. Surgery should be your last option, This could just be a disk and will heal with TIME. I hurt my back lifting at work, went to MRI,,,KY ropactor.....nothing help other that what I did for myself......Like I told you, the floor is okay, but anything flat is good.
good luck......most people who get surgery....it fails

why dont you sleep on the bench? it would improve your ballance too.......i dont sleep on my back because i have a nice comfy bed to sleep in and i can toss and turn and still feel comfy.....look on the bright side!!! if you go to prison you will feel at home right out

well Why don't you but a air mattress they are not that much and they have different sizes.It would be more comfortable than the floor.

yes floor is great for back alignment IF youre on ur BACK if ur on ur sides it isnt
