I'm obsessed with ab workouts, they give you hard abs and get rid of belly fat. Here is one of the basic routines that i do every morning and night...

1. Sit ups: Get down on the floor and tuck your feet under a bed or couch, do as many sit ups ans you can, keeping your arms behind your head.
2. crunches: luv them, they kill your abs, keep your back flat on the floor and as you go out strech your legs and arms out, as you go in bring your elbows to your knees.
3. twists:balancing on your elbows, stretch your legs out then bring them in on yuor left side, trungin your wasit, switch, do about 20-30 of these.
4. Random thing: Liek a normal crunch, but touch the opposite elbow with your other arm, stretching your other leg out, reverse, go back and forth, try for 50, it twist yuor tummy, tightening, this is one of my favorites.
5: standing twists: Stand with feet planted apart, knees bent, hold arms in elbow lock postion, twist back and forth form the waist, do not move your lower body, this works wonders,
Extra: f you raise your right knee to match your left elbow, and vice versa, it helps get the lower abs.

I hope this is helpfull, it's really helped me, i've lost inches off my waist and hips.
My lil sister loves coming up and punchng me in the stomach to feel how hard it is. lol

That's a lot of calories. Are you trying to bulk up? If not, then I suggest you incorporate a lot of cardio, at least 3 times a week. If you didn't know, you already have nice flat abs underneath the fat. Try cardio exercises like jogging, elliptical machines, swimming, jump roping, or anything that gets your heartrate up and keep it up in order to burn the fat. Also, don't be discouraged if you don't see results right away or else you'll never see those abs.

I used to have a lot of belly fat and love handles so I started doing cardio about 4 times per week about 30 minutes a day and now my abs are starting to appear. I also watch what I eat and make sure I'm not overeating.

Your caloric intake is pretty high. If you're trying to bulk up then you shouldn't be worried about seeing the abs until you are ready to end the bulking. Plus, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body will naturally burn faster. If you aren't trying to bulk, then I suggest you cut some calories.

Cutting the junk food and sugary drinks will do a lot to help your metabolism stay up. If you eat the right balance of foods, you can actually keep your metabolism going to help you burn more fat. Always make sure that when you eat, it's balanced with protein, carbs, and good fats. Also make sure that it's got plenty of vitamins. Here's some examples of small meals or snacks that I eat that help me throughout the day.

raw vegetables and a portion of chicken breast.
An apple and a couple of boiled eggs.
Handful of almonds and steamed veggies.
Plain yogurt with fresh fruit.

Good luck!

Yeah, cut your calories! 2500, wow, that's kinda alot. I never eat more than 500, but whatever. Unless you're an athlete or something. Yeah, and try 1,000 crunches a day. It's not terribily hard, just do them in intervals while you're watching TV.

actually, you aren't eating too much. depending on your height and natural build, 2000 calories and a little above is normal. don't focus on the calories please, focus on exerices and the quality of your food. stay away from refined stuff, and eat whole grains. CARDIO. but you dont' ahve to cut back.

cardio is the key that you are missing. try to get some running, walking, basketball, tennis or any other activity that will get your heart going. you have to try to burn a lil fat. try crunches instead of sit ups.
