i'm going to be a bridesmaid and the last thing i want is to be the weight i am now at the wedding. i have to get the dress in three weeks, but i know its pretty much hopeless to lose the weight by then, so i figured if i lost it all two weeks before the wedding that would give me enough time for alterations. i currently weigh 165lbs. and am 5'4 i want to get to 138lbs.
can anyone help?

If you use the right products to keep you healthy then yes its possible and you can do it safely, I did for my own wedding. if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just to go to myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

You could achieve this or get close if you work hard and stick to a strict diet. You need to do cardio for an hour 5-6 days a week. Do this at night or in the morning. Also if you can try walking 45 minutes a day additionly just to add a little something more to your workouts. You can do the walk in the morning and the cardio workouts at night or vice versa.

Drink plenty of water everyday. Stop drink sodas and stop drinking any other calories as well. Crystal Light is really good and only 5 calories.
For breakfast I usually drink a breakfast drink or have fruit. You could also eat a thing of yogurt. For lunch eat 1 lean pocket or salad. That's a plain salad....no cheese! For dinner eat as healthy as possible but watch your portions. You just really need to reduce your calorie intake.
Also no sweets!

Try the Kimkins diet (a variation of the GI Diet and the Atkins Diet). People have lost a lot of weight on it quickly. It's a low carb diet with lots of vegetables and protein.

Go to Kimkins.com to get started

yes 2-3 pounds a week is healthy, but you might lose more the first week or two. eat right, drink water, exercise every day. you might make it, but probably will lose a bit less. good luck!

That's about 4 pounds a week, right?

No, it's not unhealthy. Just make sure to exercise as well as diet. Or else your skin will become saggy and gross.
