It could be:
- depression
- chronic fatigue syndrome

Look these both up on the web and get more details, and see if the symptoms fit. Once you have an idea what it is, you'll have to see a doctor for treatment.

Several things could be happening.
1) Diabetes. Fatigue is a symptom.
2)Mild malnutrition. I felt drained all the time until I started watching what I eat, and made sure to eat enough.
3)Dehydration. Fortunately the cure for this is simple, and won't interfere with other medications: Drink more water.
4)Sleep apnea. The person with this stops breathing at night, and might wake up just enough to start breathing again. And so is not resting.
5)Heart or blood pressure problems. See a doctor about this.
6) There is even chronic fatigue syndrome. Again, see a doctor.
7)There is even a chance that the person you ask about is getting too much sleep, and so feels groggy and tired all the time.

Good luck!

I went through the same thing for about a year. I kept telling my dr. that I am ALWAYS tired! She ran a bunch of tests and everything came back fine. Through the whole time, she kept telling me to eat healthy foods, drink water and exercise. NO FAST FOOD!! Finally I took her advice and did just that. Almost instantly I felt better. I was more energetic, happier and I felt healthier. Sometimes it's just that simple. If that doesn't work for you, you might want to go to your dr. and have them run some blood work or thyroid tests. Good Luck!

continual fatigue is an issue that can be treated easily. that are lots of factors that can cause fatigue and prevent you from getting the rest you need.

the easiest thing to do is discuss it with a doctor so he/she can run some tests to determine cause. Could be anything from a disease to needing a new mattress.
