Actually, Cannabis shows up in the oral histories of many native american cultures predating Columbus. In many of the pipe ceremonies, it was mixed with tobacco and smoked. ue to the fact that in the wild, the two tend to grow together. This was Imagine if Sir Walter Raleigh had taken the Cannabis back instead of the Tobacco.

I think it was Jamaicans and in particular Bob Marlene (or something similar). I wouldn't go near it if I were you because there is evidence it can cause depression, mental fatigue and schizophrenia!!
