The right time is dependent on the strength of the relationship. If both of you are in love then anytime is the right time. If your not in love, then it is hard to decide when to give it up. I wouldn't wait longer than three weeks to a month and a half of really getting to know your partner.
BUT
If you are getting pressure on the subject from your partner, then you should hold off as the guy may only be looking for sex right now.

Some people would say to wait until your married, some might say 4 months....that is up to the 2 of you. When you feel that it is time you will know and you will be so caught up in the moment you won't have a care in the world. Just do what your heart tells you.

That all depends on you girl. Just dont let anyone persuade you into doing it if your really not ready and if they have a problem with that then they were not the right person to be in a relationship with anyways.

the right time to have sex is when it feels right you never should time sex, ex. every guy i know i will sleep with in 3 weeks if he is still around, you should have sex when you feel right about it

It all depends. Its best to wait until you fully know him and your comfortable enough with him. If he can't wait until your ready then he's just in the relationship for sex.
