Why do you believe his gf doesnt realize what she has? She must be making him happy if he's staying with her right?

Hun, I think that any involvement with coworkers would be a difficult situation, especially since he is already taken and you have come to the realization you are in the friend zone.

I have been in this position once in my life, and the best advice I can give you is to continue being a damn good friend. If you care for him so much (not just thinking he has a great body or his funny, etc) but if you honestly care for him, then you should realize that maybe he is truly happy with her. I think you should continue being his friend but be professional while at work. Don't flirt at work, its sleazy.

And if him and her dont work out, you will have plenty of time to get to hang out with him when he's single. If you cant have this awesome guy as a boyfriend, why not have him in your life still, but as a really good friend?

Think of a time when someone liked you but you cared for them too, but umm..not in that way.. You put them in the friend zone. For whatever reason, you are in his friend zone, but don't consider it a bad thing. Alot of gf's come and go, but friends are there no matter what..

Good l uck :) Hope i could help a lil..

First off you feel like you are so in luv with this guy-what it is is infatuation-or just plain lust!
He is smart to know not to go to the next level with friends becasue it is true more times then not that it does ruin the friendship-alot of women and men dont realize what they have becasue people do tend to take their partner for granted-but it is not your place to say his g/f sucks -i mean that just sounds like jealousy on your part-he obviuosly like something about her and that is no ones business except his.
There are so many guys out there it is really crazy to focus on one that is taken already.

The first 3 words of you question are ironically the answer as well.
She must be very very good at it too.

Tell him, You know he's in a relationship, but if he's ever available, give you a call.

Do nothing more, and keep on working. He might call.

Don't get involved with co-workers who have girlfriends...PERIOD! If you're worth having, let someone who's Hott and interested find you.
