I would like to start by saying all the POW/MIA posters should get over it. Their are NO POW's in Vietnam. Furthermore, the Viet culture has a lot more respect for the dead than our American culture. They would not, at this late date, withhold the remains of the dead from their families. Whenever war remains are found, they are tested in Saigon to determine their origin/nationality. Viet remains are buried in a National cemetary with full military honors. American remains are turned over to the US Consulate in Saigon with the same military honors.
As far as exports to the US, I'd vote for those giant shrimp I can't seem to get enough of when I'm there!

Garments or something similar. Labour costs are low in Vietnam. However, I doubt there's much of a market for Vietnamese products in the USA, they already get most of what they need from China.

The remains of our dead. Other than that, there isn't a damned thing in that country I want or need.
They can rot and go to hell as far as I'm concerned, and they can take "Hanoi Jane" Fonda with them.
