Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night. and don't sleep more than 9 even on the weekends. take a nap at least once a week. and get 30 minutes of exercise 3x a week. and don't forget you get energy from your food, don't skip breakfast!!!

1: eat healthier- more veggies, more red meat, etc
2: drink less sodas- one soda a day can add 10 -15 pounds a year
3: talk to your doctor about anemia. You could have a low iron count
4: Exercise more- go for a walk around the block one a day
5: get more sunlight. Youll feel better
6: talk to your docotor about depresion. depression-even if you dont think u have it- can cause low energy.
