i would work with hedge trimmers! fertilizer for sure, however, make sure you use eye protection. and dont forget to water every-other day!

If you are willing to go to those extremes to cover a natural solar panel, I have an old Flobee you can have to keep it trimmed up. (Vacumn not included). lol
