Should I put any fertilizer and mulch on my scalp?

i would work with hedge trimmers! fertilizer for sure, however, make sure you use eye protection. and dont forget to water every-other day!

I think you should be put out to pasture and let nature take it's course.
I'm sure the sheep will enjoy every blade of you....baaahhhh

If you are willing to go to those extremes to cover a natural solar panel, I have an old Flobee you can have to keep it trimmed up. (Vacumn not included). lol
