i am 24 (well, i'll be 24 april 10) and have 2 kids...2 and 3. after 2 kids, i weigh usually between 180 and 190, but when i tell people how much i weigh, they say i don't look it and they don't believe me. most of it i think is in my hips and butt. my babies' father told me constantly to lose weight after the kids because i was fat and i started to believe him. of course, we're not together anymore. also, i am 5'4".

You know, I was just talking to somebody about that and I this is what I came up with...

I know it's not easy having two kids and a job and a good exercise plan (especially cos it sounds like you are a single mom too), but you have to find time! I don;t think you are fat (that label is arbitrary anyways) but you are definitely overweight. Now, I don't mean to be rude or anything, cos let's face it, we can't all look like Jennifer Connelly or Angelina Jolie...but we all should exercise on a regular basis because it's good for our helth.

Either way, I presume that you probably have a babysitter since you work FT. Why don't you try asking her (or whomever takes care of your kids while you are at work) to come an hour and 1/2 earlier in the morning so you can go to the gym. It really doesn't take that long...you don't have to be in there for more than an hour EACH morning. That allows you to do like 1/2 hour of cardio and lift some weights, get in the shower and changed. You work a different muscle group every day (shoulders, abs, legs, back, arms) and get a nice diet (low in carbs and high in protein) - you can do research online about that since there are only like a gazillion websites about this - and you should be loosing weight in no time. Pick like a gym that is on the way to work so it's convenient. Hope this helped!

Having two kids under the age of 5 is exercise enough! If you want to do more I suggest getting a double stroller and walking with your kids. Plus the weather is getting nicer, good for all.

:o that's not nice of him to call you fat!!! first of all, it really isn't any of his business, if you like yourself, that's all that matters. just cut out soda, bread, chocolate, cookies etc. eat less calories than you consume. and eat more veggies to fill you up with a lot less calories. and since you have kids, jump on the bed with them! lol i know it sounds funny, but it'll tone your legs and give you a cardio workout. not to mention it's fun!!that way, you don't have to spend money on a gym! you could buy some weights, light ones, not too expensive, too for your arms. good luck!

im not going to beat around the bush and lie sure your overweight but that isnt gonna stop a guy from dating you it is just going to lower the standard of quality especially with kids, any women can find a guy and you know this its just your multiple choices is boiling down to a limited few

2 kids and you are only 23!!!??? ( Are you from the South or something???) At this stage of the game, I wouldn't worry about being fat. I'd be more concerned about being financially fit to pay for those kids.

5' 4" and 190 (that means 220) and you have to ask if you are fat...come on!

wow... that actually is quite a lot, i'm sorry to say.Of course after that many kids, its understandable but maybe you should start losing that weight so you can be more active with your kids.
