I highly doubt that you'll be able to find one for free. You can check petfinder.com Put in the breed, and your zip code and hit search. This site will probably be your best bet!!!! You may be able to find one at a reasonable price at a rescue. Good luck to you!!!

Forgive me for sounding harsh, but what in the world? Do you seriously think that someone in your neighborhood is going to be giving away FREE purebreds? That being said, some advice: if you're looking for an inexpensive alternative to a $2000 puppy, then look into rescue organizations. Most purebred dogs have one (google Yorkie Rescue). If you choose this, you probably won't be getting a puppy, but an adult dog, and you will have to invest a lot of love and time, as most rescue dogs come packaged with issues from their former lives (hence the title "rescue" as in you're rescuing the dog from something). Do NOT under any circumstances choose a puppy based solely on price, as you will probably end up buying from a puppy mill. And any dog lover will tell you that you should NEVER support these abominations of the pet world. Sorry-won't rant. Best of luck to you!

People will not GIVE you a Yorkie for free. Might as well get that out of your mind.Only way you'll get one for free, if it's gonna die soon, or something really bad is wrong with it.

there is most deff. not gunna be a free yorkie anywhere you look unless it is majorly defected!! if you need a free dog bc u r low on money u might want to rethink getting one bc even after you buy it you still have to pay for food and collars and leashes and all that stuff so it still won't be free!! i just got one for my birthday and she was over 2,000 dollars ... sorry!

If you can't afford to pay for a dog, you obviously can't afford to pay for vet care. What does that mean? wait until your finances are better, then look on petfinder.com
