I feel totally terrible since i had a red bull and caramel mocochino this morning. How can I get to feeling better now that all the caffines worn noff. I feel sick to my stomach and have NO energy

Eat a low carbohydrate, high fibre dinner. Have a nice hot bath to relax you, and get a good night's sleep.

Duh!, You've just overdosed on high fructose corn syrup and caffeine. These poisonous substances (yes, they're mildly poisonous) give you a spike in energy, but because they disturb your metabolism and insulin regulation, an energy slump quickly follows. This is why I stopped drinking that s-----!

And for you schmucks on here that recommend that she take more illicit drugs, caffeine or what not ---- YOU NEED TO BE PIMP SLAPPED! --- Cause it's not funny.

Also, if you had a Caramel Macchiato, you consumed cow milk fat, ewww, which further caused a slump in energy. I know those drinks are delicious, just beware of the cause and effect. It's just like the most beautiful guy can have sexual diseases you don't want. The stuff you drank ain't nothing but liquid candy

To quickly put our energy level back in check, try a glass of water and Devil's Claw liquid herbal supplemental extract. It works and it doesn't harm you genetically. It can be found at natural health food stores.

I would defiantly eat some protein and some fiber and fats to help regulate your sugar levels and bring you out of the brian fog that can occur. You will stabilize within a half hour or so. Just don't try to drink any caffeine until you have eaten again.

Eat some protein and drink lots of water and maybe think about taking a B complex vitamin (this is really good for energy and it helps to burn fat)

Drink more caffeinated stuff. As long as you maintain a steady stream of caffeine, you won't crash. Sugar and carbs give you energy too, but that's healthy. Cocaine and crystal meth are known mood enhancers and energy boosters. And if you can't find a dealer, abuse some diet supplements. They work too, just not as good as the illegal stuff. Good luck.

Next time just drink one and then wait till you body gets used to all that caffiene then drink the other, But the best thing to do is drink some herbal tea so it can delute your body's sytem and you willbe all right.

Have some water and take some deep breaths for now. You may need an alka seltzer.Tonight, try to take a warm bath and go to bed early.

i know how u feel.. i usually eat something savoury if i can, then take an asprin and go to sleeep
