I think this is something your going to have to make yourself or source a ribbon company that makes custom prints to do it for you.

see if there is a rubber stamp with the figure you want
ask your florist for #40 ribbon in the color you want
make it yourself

make it yourself its easy or you can get CRIME SCENE DO NOT CROSS tape from novelty shops ha ha. enjoy your wedding congratulations.
