The guy I have a crush on has not been calling me because he feels awkward because he has a girlfriend. Heres the deal (He is a recruitor)--the guy that works with him has told me on several occasions things like "Dont worry He WILL COME around just give hm time" or "He needs to figure things out then he will come around" and he has said "Trust me on this one it will work itself out just give it time and be patient with him it is just a little awkward right now because of him having a girlfriend" and he has said "He and I have talked about this before and trust me it will work out just dont push him. Just leave it alone for now and he will come around" but then the guy that works with my crush will say my name really loud on the phone and then he will say Call me later so I can talk to you more but then I dont call.....does that mean he knows more than what he is telling me? does my crush maybe have feelings for me and is afraid to let them be known?

your crush's friend is an idiot! why is he leading you on! and it's him that's leading you on, not your crush. IF your crush wanted you he'd be with you! why is he with a girlfriend then? noone has that hard of a time to break up with a gf. especially if she's not pregnant!!! so ignore the crush's friend and stop chasing guys that have gf.

No, he doesn't have feelings for you-- he has a girlfriend and likes the idea that some other chick is hot for him. If he had feelings for you, he'd be free, single and asking you out. If he's playing this game with both you and his girlfriend, who wants him if he ever does "come around"? Find a single man who wants to be with you, not some unavailable guy who needs to "figure things out".

well whats the status on his girl? i mean you makes it sound like they are on the verge of breaking up and you just need to be patient and wait for that to happen. if not maybe you need to tell this guy that you kinda like him and you two should have lunch sometime or something, get to know him. just cuz he isnt single doesnt mean he cant hang out with you. i would talk to his buddy for info if you cant talk to him maybe?

Your crush has a girlfriend. Would you want to be her? Say you do get together, do you want him to sniffing around some other chick if he becomes your bf. You need to reexamine your values.

If he'd leave his girlfriend for you, he would leave you for the next one that has a crush on him. Leave him alone and find someone who isn't attached. I know this isn't what you want to hear.

You need to give him room. He may really love her. Why come between them. Find some one who can give you what you need. Complete and total commitment to you and only you.

I think you should figure out your issues.......because in your other question you said you didn't want the recruiter around and now you do. Take time for yourself and figure you out first.
