I am a single parent of three and already finding it hard to make money from two jobs make ends meet. I cannot return to my university b/c fin aid prohibts them from using my current refund to pay for last semester debt (which I did not know). I have two semester until i finish my degree and I have been out of school now 8 months. I am at my limit of hrs to transfer in at senior level from any college. I am an independent student, have no parents, and bad credit I cannot afford even the smallest amout b/c finance charges eats that monthly . Where can I get a loan or any help?

You can also try Sallie Mae.

For more information you should go to your financial aid office. Do not speak to the front desk attendant. Ask to see a financial aid counselor. They will be able to help you.

do you have any relatives or friends that would pay these cost with the agreement of you paying back at a later date? if so put it in writing for yours and their benefit and protection.you can find out if there are any local scholarships you can try for.good luck.
