Why does my dog act scared sometimes she does this when we are playing with her she hasn't did it before?

She is a year old. all types of play. She is cowaring down.

I've worked with so many rescues dogs and cats, one sees it now and again.
Someone else was playing with her, maybe she got a bit loud or boisterous, hate to say it but I suspect someone scared her.

A little more info would be nice. Not much to go on. Like age. What kinds of play? How is she showing she is scared? Or what has changed in her behaviour?

I would just say the dog is playing my dog will somtimes run around the house when we are playing.
