If they don't then how do they explain where domestic dogs & cats as well as dairy cows and certain other livestock came from? None of these animals exist in the wild in their current state and never have done.
Denying artificial selection in animals would be same as denying that people have created new species of plant via cross-pollination.
What's more is artificial selection isn't that different to natural selection. Sure there's an aim in artificial but natural selection merely "chooses" offspring that have more potential for survival.

I see that you don't like Jesus, I even visited your "campaign site" to see what you really had to say. I understand why people appose Jesus, because they want to find the truth, and "Christians" have spread so many lies and lived in a way that isn't pleasing to God that they seem to disprove that God exists. God does exist, I can't make you believe, I can't make you love Jesus, and I believe that if God wanted to make this world through evolution he would have, but I hope that you understand that Christians aren't perfect and they make mistakes. Just because Christians say or do something wrong doesn't mean you can base your belief in God on what they say.
Now, If you can explain to me how evolution fits into Genesis 1, and if you have any extreme evidence against God's existence, I would love to see it, but until then, I don't see much point in listening. Keep up the hard work and try to prove God doesn't exist, because the further you look and the deeper you go, the more likely you are to find the truth. I believe you will find that Jesus was telling the truth, but that's up to you to find out. Thanks for reading and God bless.

Well, I'm a Christian and I believe it's ok to breed horses, cattle, show dogs, etc. selectively to produce the most desirable offspring. I do not believe that after years of breeding the most desirable chimpanzees that I will end up with a human, however.

Actually, they do. There's some guy in the United States who is trying to breed cattle with the correct requirements for sacrifice at the temple when Jesus comes flying out of the sky to take all the good Christians away from us heathens.
So far, he's failed.

how is that an argument against evolution?????
yes, man has intervened to create animals more suited to their needs, but that certainly does not eliminate mother nature's hand in evolution! animals evolve all on their own too! look at houses built over the last century, the doorways were much shorter than they are in new houses because people are taller than they were back then - that is evolution!!!!

As long as there's no inbreeding! I may be wrong - but I was taught in school that the Aryan nation wanted a "Pure" race, moved to an island where they spent their time inbreeding, and ended up all going nuts. I can't say where my teacher got their info, but that didn't sound very "evolutionary" to me, hopefully your idea takes you somewhere good.

Yes, I believe in artificial selection. That doesn't prove that God doesn't exist or that we came from monkeys.
