But don't you realize how many people DON'T have cancer? Nobody ever talks about them!

Cured cancer is evidence of man's ability to control his own destiny hidden within his system and that's God's gift whether it was cured through medical procedures or through man's prayers. Uncured ones are still subject to discovery by science or by man's effort to really work on his belief. Both will serve true as evidence for God.

"Hi, I'm reality, have we met?"

If cancer is cured it doesn't prove the existance of God. If cancer is cured, it will be considered a medical breakthrough.

Now lets say someone was diagnosed with a brain tumor and given three weeks to live. If the man is cured after seeking no treatment, and all traces of his tumor have vanished after two solid weeks of prayer...

That's called a miracle. A miracle is what the religious types call direct evidence of god. What you're stating is very poor.

God requires Faith. That means do not ask questions and believe in what God has planned for your life no matter how bad the circumstances. At the same time use your wisdom to do what you need to do. This is the foundation of religion.

Why some people get cancer and other dont is not for humans to worry about in a non-scientific manner.

All I can tell you is, It is better to have one uncured cancer than two. So God is alive and non-existent at the same time. It does seem appropriate doesn't it!

How was it cured by man or fervent prayer ? Uncured cancer is a result of God cursing this world with sin. We have to live in it .

Uncured cancer is like all other symptoms (jealousy, anger, fear, regret) of an unbalanced life
A person can give up cancer, like they give up regret or bitterness. But, it's the persons choice, not God's.

Evidence of our trials here on earth. Those cancers can be healed as well, it just takes standing on the word of God. Sometimes that in and of itsself is a hard thing to do if your faith is shaky.

Evidence for God. Everything is evidence for God. Bottle caps on the sidewalk in front of a bar are evidence for God.

I'll have to go with Militant Atheist on this. Cells turn cancerous all the time and the immune system destroys them. It's only when it causes disease that it is called cancer. Who designed the immune system and why does it work most of the time?
