I need to lose 30 pounds atleast by june 6. I eat healthy, exercise, drink lots of water but i seem to actually gain weight. Being fat runs in my family so That makes my problem even worse. Can Anybody give me a list of foods and exercises that might help? By the way, Iam only 13 so its not like my mom will buy exercise equipment or special food

try the south beach diet...

if you are currently overweight...this diet will work wonders for you. i'm not sure if it's recommended for all ages though. go to the bookstore and check out the book. basically you have to cut carbs and sugars for two weeks, then you can slowly reintroduce them to your system. all fruits and some veggies have natural sugars, so it's not a very traditional diet, but it works because the absence of new carbs causes your body to feed off of your fat reserves. 30 pounds is a lot, but this is the most efficient one i've seen. add exercise to the diet and you'll lose at least 20...TRUST ME.

Cut the amount you are eating down. Since you can't buy special food, just eat less. Half of what you normally eat is good. Also if you family buys fruit, substitute that with chips and other high fat foods. If you can, try and go to the store when your mom goes shopping and suggest healthy alternatives to foods that are not so good.

Drinking water is a great start. Try getting some movement into your day. Even if you just walk for 20 minutes or ride a bike. Anything will help! I don't want to dissapoint you, but 30lbs by June, is a little extreme. Dieting is not a simple quick fix and there is not quick way to go about it. You have to keep in mind that it takes time and patience and you may not see results right away, you need to be willing to make a lifestyle change forvever and not just something temporary.

Well, first of all, I know how it feels when you are not the skinny type like some others because I was always not skinny. THis is what you could do, don't eat sugar because it just hurts your diet so badly!!! well, no candy, no soda!! not even a diet coke, and no doughnuts or chips!! take these foods out of your diet! excercise daily about 30 minutes or more.. take walks with people and spend time outside. Don't watch tv and eat. Eat vegetables when you are hungry and fruits. Don't eat too much bread or potatoes, no fried foods and it is really good when you talk to others about it and get a friend to do a diet with you. Also, never eat after 6pm. hope this helps =)

girly. You are still growing,don't be so hard on your self.
Do u walk? If you don't try to walk alot. Stay away from all junk food. Don't eat it at all. Do some crunches 1-3 days a week. Please don't push your self hard. You are very young. Don't worry you will be okay. Its not healthy to lose weight fast. Maybe you should talk to your mom and ask her to take you to a doctor if you feel you can't lose weight.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
