She has worms! When a cat has worms white, rice-like things come out of their butt. Some cats (and dogs) will scoot on the floor to get rid of the sensation from it.

How old is your cat? Has she been spayed yet? The behavior you're describing is common for a cat who is in oestrus, or 'heat'. Keep her inside so she won't get pregnant, and call your vet to schedule her to be spayed ASAP.

If she's spayed, you should take her to the vet for a checkup. Sometimes flopping around on the floor can be a normal behavior, an invitation to play - it's usually accompanied by her looking at you and sort of bobbing her head around in a playful way. But if she's doing it a lot or doesn't seem to be trying to get you to play, get her to the vet for a checkup.

It can be a number of things, but you'll probably have to take her to the vet. Cats show signs of paralysis in their hind legs from rabies, songbirds disease, and severe worms(which I doubt she has). Without knowing some other things like temperature and other symptoms it is hard to diagnose what is wrong.

Good Luck

Is it a male cat? It could be that it needs it's anal glands squeezing by the vet!! Nasty job but someone has to do it!

Is she scratching her skin, does she have a rash under the fur or something? Have you recently bathed her, maybe she's allergic to the shampoo?

Your question is not clear, If you mean she is wiping her butt? Maybe she has worms if this is the case or somethng else that could be serious. How long has this been happening? i don't know if you men if her rear paws work at all or what. Call the vet's office and ask them to ask the doc for you, they will and give you and answer. They won't ask you to bring hwer in unless it seems necessary. Good Luck

My cat does a similar thing. She has been doing it for her 10 years with me! She wants me to pet her.
I would suggest taking your cat to the vet just to be safe however. Cats have strange behaviors and while mine is innocent attention seeking, yours could be something more serious.

Cats can also have their anal glands get filled and need to be emptied, as dogs do sometimes.

Worms also make their butts itchy.
