We always named our huskies after place names in Alaska- we named our first husky Kiska after the island my grandfather was stationed near in WWII. Maybe try other cold weather place names like Shasta or some Siberian places...

You should name your new husky Yukon. It fits with huskies and it's a cute name. The name Yukon would make your dog sound strong, brave, and a good companion.

How about patches? I don't know. Here's a website for baby names but it works for dogs too. You might want to know what the name means before you pick it. I named my dog Puka and found out it ment "hole" in Hawaii.
