HI, this is my first time uploading a video from my digital camera to the Windows Movie Maker or any kind of software. I used the program that comes up when I plug the USB into the computer from my digital camera to upload the video onto my computer, it automatically saved it as a .mov file. When I tried to open it in Windows Movie Maker, it said it wasnt the correct format, does anyone know how to put the file in the correct format? Again, this is my first time attempting this so if I am confusing or not explaining something correctly, Im sorry.

You have to import the video into Movie Maker. However, since .mov is a apple quicktime format, I doubt Movie Maker supports it.
Try finding a .mov to .avi or .mpg converter then import into Movie Maker.
