usually I moan.
I don't get punished.
I follow my GOD not another man who pretends to be the only one to talk to GOD.
I don't need to be forgiven to be in love.
Same guy for about 10 years now,
getting married next year.
so it's ALL pre-marrital.

Fornication leads to objectification.
The more that it is practiced, the harder it is for the fornicator to realize the true gift and beauty of sex. Some become "Addicted" to this act the same way an alcoholic gets addicted to alcohol; or a cocaine addict takes up meth. Like with alcohal, some can have 3 ounces of wine and be happy, while others need the whole bottle of wine and then some.
It may start out with just fornication .. then two-somes, orgies, hard core porno (bestiality, brutality, & necrophilia) ... soon you'll forget the joys of that "Intimacy" you originally obtained, and everything new you add will not satisfy your lusts.
Sure, you can go to confession, do penance (prescribed by the Priest) --- but this is little to help you without the "Act of Contrition" (sincere sorrow and desire to omit behavior) ... Repeated fornication damages you by leading you away from the understanding of "True Love" and the damages of objectification. Confession many times does work out your desire to find God's plan for you. When I was a smoker, I confessed this many times (harming my body) ... miraculously, I did find a method to kick the habit. Confession also squares away the sin so I don't have to worry about it on Judgment day ... but I really find the immediate benefit in working out my will power to find God's plan 4 me.
In short repeated fornication will lead you to risking the ability to have an "Intimate" relationship with your soul mate in exchange for an addiction. God doesn't want you to be a slave to ANYTHING and that's why he sent Jesus.

Any act that is against The Word and Will of God is a sin... premarital sex is against God's Word... any who blatently and knowingly commit sin and continue to deliberatly engage in it, when confronted with the evidence by the elders of The Chruch... are to be cast out of the congrigation of The Body of The Church... untill such time as the deliberate and blatent violations are ended and contrition is demonstrated by the offenders... That is the "punishment" for any deliberate and blatent sin... That is for the Body of The Church.
The Sinners must first, and always, deal directly with God. they may pull the wool over the eyes of the Body... But God knows if the contrition and repentance are real or not...
There is much more to it but space here should not be abused.

It depeneds. If you the person realizes they are at fault then they should be reconciled to the body, but if the person continues in that state then first confront them one-on-one. The second step is to bring a brother and confront them 2-on-1, the third step is to bring them before the chuch and excommunicate them (this does not mean kicking them out of the church, but avoiding a deep level of Christian fellowship with them). At anytime if they repent and stop what they are doing the process should be stopped and the brother/sister should be reconciled to the body. Read 1st Corinthians about how to "punish" and 2nd Corinthians on how to accept them back. Also Jesus speaks about how to deal with a brother that has sinned against us and that can be applied here also.

That depends on the church?
1Corinthians 6:9 Says that fornicators and adultery will not inherit God's kingdom. But most churches won't tell you that they are afraid of losing money. Saying well it is okay everyone is doing it.
Before the flood of Noah's day everyone was doing it to and only Noah and his family survived.
Luke Asked Jesus are those being saved few he said go in through the narrow gate. You know the story. In other words few are going to be saved.
So If the church says it is okay didn't the religious leaders say what the people wanted to hear in those days to?

None! Punishment for erred action comes from within unless you live in a retrograde moral system such as the Islamic practices found in Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq, to name a few!

Hebrews 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

The days where the church could excommunicate you are over. There are really no punishments, you should simply realize that what you did was wrong, appologize to God, accept jesus, and not to it again.

I do not think they would punish you. if they know what you have done they would pray for you and possible the elders would talk to you.

Now, that would be interesting to see. Adults punishing other adults for something that isn't anyones business but the people who are doing so.
I would kind of like to see how people react to their pastor showing up to enforce some sort of punishment.
