You bought it. Its yours. If you don't want it anymore then I would put it up for sale. I'm sure the dealer would probably take it off your hands for a fee.

Using it as a trade towards another vehicle won't get you very much, but you may be able to come close to breaking even if you sell it outright. Try placing a classified ad in the local paper, or on a local Craigslist.
Next time you're looking for a vehicle, try to avoid signing any papers until you've really had a chance to consider your purchase. I know it can be hard to say no to a high-pressure salesman, but one should never rush into making a big ticket purchase such as this.

Did you buy it from a private sale, or from a car lot? The car lot HAS to make certain that the car is safe for you to depend upon, if they have sold it to you. Did you JUST change your mind, as in buyer's remorse? If you have no reason to take back a car, except you changed your mind, you just can't do that.

Choose more carefully next time.
See if the dealer will let you return it for another car, which would cost more than the last one.
Put and ad in the paper and see if you can sell it yourself.
Realize your mistake, and drive the wheels off it.
