You don't say how old you are and whether you are a guy or a girl and I can't tell from your avatar. But yes, it's normal. Some young people are definitely hornier than others (count me in on that one!), but that doesn't make you abnormal. I was the horniest little grrl on two feet in my teens. Now in my 20s, I'm still quite the horn-dog.... but I have a little more self control now!
If you can't find a suitable partner (or don't want to at your age), try some self-exploration. There's nothing wrong with experimentation and masturbation! It can provide some relief and also help you learn your likes and dislikes. Get to know your body, it's the only one you have!

At a young age, your hormones are raging and going in a thousand different directions. yes, it is perfectly normal to be horny and desire pleasure.
