with confidence...the same way you would approach him if you thought he did like you....being confident is a very attractive quality, more than looking like a shy, scared smuck...lol...just go for it...what do you have to lose....besides if you dont tell him how you feel , he cant read your mind...good luck

Walk by him and ignore him playing hard toget will make him act a certain way wich will tell youif he likes you-if he ignores it then he doesnt like you but if he acts interested then you know that he likes you!

Walk up to him and say " hey (or whatever) I've seen you around and would really like to ....... go to the movies / go out dancing / go to dinner...... with you sometime.
Then you would most definitely know what's in his head.
