She is probably vain and probably does this when you are not around too. The mirror watching is the key - if these were signs she was totally into you, she'd be watching you rather than the mirror.
Sounds to me like she is totally into herself. If you like her though, ask her out. She'd probably love an expensive evening out with you.

If she's self-conscious, she's worried about how she looks in front of you. So, she might like you.
Either that, or she's just vain and cares about how she looks 24/7.

if she's the kind of girl who generally goes around doing stuff like that then its just habit.. but if its not normal behaviour, it could be that she likes you - dont get your hopes up too fast though, talk to her some more and try judging whether or not she does from her conversation.

she obviously is flirting with you. either she has a thing for you and wants you to notice her or she is just toying with you. either way be positive and confident and ask her if she'd like to go out sometime. then you'll have your answer.
